1,What if I need to change my personal information?
Answer: Please make sure any change of contact information like delivery address, email address and phone number to helper@zaraena.com before shipment.
2,What if I want to change or cancel my order?
Answer: Any cancellation and change on the order please email us within 24 hours after placing the order otherwise we cannot cancel or change.

Answer: We accept all major credit cards (VISA) and PayPal payments.
4,When will my order be processed?
Answer: We have warehouses all over the world, so all orders are handled and shipped according to the customer's address nearby. Orders will be processed within 48 hours.

Answer: Shipment will arrive in 5-30 working days.

1,What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Answer: Please email us within 7 days after delivery and provide us product pictures, we are happy to resend or refund.
2,Will shipment fees be covered for my returns?
